Has anyone got any idea how to download resources

I am having the same trouble as the above, please help as these resources look very useful for my SEN gcse english groups 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

I joined in Nov last year and STILL can't find way of either downloading resources or finding someone who knows how to! Who runs this site? Looks really good but totally useless if cannot access all the stuff on it! Had enough! Giving up! Do you find this valuable?
